Our mission is to produce first-class legal professional services in a cost-effective manner combined with personal service and personal communication directly with our client.
Our business activities of are based on solid legal skills and strong confidential relationship with the client and the lawyer providing the services. The starting point for co-operation is to know the client’s business and its operational environment.
Our objective is a systematic co-operation through which we contribute to the business of the client, map the business risks and find ways to manage them. A successful legal solution to solve problems is a good start for development work to improve and systematically maintain the risk management of the client.

Intellectual Property Rights, Business Secrets
- We act as legal advisors for both vendors and buyers in purchases and sales of various ICT-systems and service combinations and their changes.
- We draft agreements and write directions in relation to ICT-procurement and deliveries as well as data security and assist our clients in negotiations.
- We are experts in AI and data protection and provide related advice, recommendations, agreements and documents in practical business.
- We draft agreements in relation to intellectual property rights such as license agreements and provide advice for the protection of business secrets and legal assistance in relation to problems related to previously mentioned areas.
Distribution Agreements
- We have a wide practical experience in utilization of different distribution channels and contracting relating to this (e.g. agency, distribution and franchising agreements).
- We consult in drafting of distribution agreements and managing problem, change or conflict situations relating to them.
Labour and Employment Law
- We provide assistance in changes and transformation related to employment and other HR matters.

General Legal Risk Management and Dispute Resolution
- We act as legal advisors of the operative management both in the long term and in case-by-case assignments. If required, we take care of settlement negotiations and possible mediation proceedings as well as of litigation and arbitration.
- Our goal is the mapping and good management of the operative risks. In surprising risk situations, we assess the situation quickly and provide the management with an action plan the objectives of which are to prevent the problem from escalating and to minimize the harm to the company and its operations.

- We provide legal advice and consultations to the management of the foreign parent company and its local management in relation to company law and operative business. We take care of corporate actions and draft the necessary documentation.
- Processlaw is collaborating with various associations and other co-operation organizations. We instruct and train our clients and their customers and give lectures in diverse events.

- Toimimme operatiivisen johdon juridisina neuvonantajina sekä pitkän aikavälin yhteistyössä että case-by-case -toimeksiannoissa. Tarvittaessa hoidamme sovintoneuvottelut ja mahdolliset sovittelumenettelyt sekä oikeudenkäynnit ja välimiesmenettelyt.
- Tavoitteenamme on yrityksen operatiiviseen toimintaan liittyvien riskien kartoitus ja hyvä hallinta. Yllättävissä riskitilanteissa teemme nopean tilannearvion ja esitämme johdolle toimenpidesuositukset, joiden tavoitteena on estää ongelman eskaloituminen sekä minimoida yritykselle ja sen toiminnalle koituvat vahingot.

- Konsultoimme ulkomaisen emoyhtiön johtoa ja sen Suomessa toimivaa maajohtoa yhtiöoikeudellisissa ja yhtiön operatiiviseen liiketoimintaan liittyvissä juridisissa kysymyksissä. Hoidamme yhtiöoikeudelliset toimenpiteet ja laadimme tarvittavan dokumentaation.
